    Project Administrator/Document Controller

     

    Job Location: Warsaw

    Responsibilities

    • Coordination of appropriate circulating of project documentation
    • Archiving and maintaining technical project documentation, updating the central database of project related correspondence
    • Support in finding and external design subcontractors/consultants, preparing RFI/RFQ
    • Analysing submitted offers, preparing tender reports
    • Preparing contracts/agreements with subcontractors.
    • Supervision over technical documentation in terms of quality and compliance with PM Group standards.
    • Securing completeness of documents needed for handover and use permit procedures
    • Preparing correspondence, visits in public authorities, monitoring the permitting process.
    • Supporting Project Managers in scope of coordination and managing the design process.
    • EN-PL translations of project correspondence, reports and other technical documents.

    Qualifications

    • MSc degree in civil engineering, architecture, or other technical university degree.
    • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in design or engineering consultancy environment in the role covering managing project documentation and support for project management
    • Well organized, high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • IT Literacy: MS Office + AutoCAD
    • English skills at very good level. Fluency in Polish required
